Transcription involves many skills other than typing. One of these skills is Internet research. Generally speaking you will not be provided with names of people, places, companies, products, etc., and you will be expected as much as possible to find the correct spelling of these names as part of your transcription work. You will need to be able to do Internet research quickly and to recognize those sites on which you can rely for correct information.
